Software Terms of Use
The rules for using our software products, platforms and licence keys. Last updated: October 2026.
1. Scope
These Software Terms of Use apply to every software product and platform owned and operated by Subsequent Technologies Ltd ("Subsetech"), including MusicProcess, Ticdex, HelloBNS, AutoAiRadio, GetCX247, Bitcobo, UniversTrack, ReelForge Studio, SharpSharp GH, 4JoyTV and AllyKnows (each, the "Software").
By creating an account, installing, accessing or using any of the Software, you agree to these terms. A product may also have its own additional terms; those apply alongside these.
2. Your licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software for its intended purpose, subject to these terms and any licence key, subscription or plan you have purchased.
A licence key is valid only for the number of users, devices or installations stated at purchase. Keys may not be shared, resold or used to circumvent licensing controls.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and licence keys confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at hello@subsetech.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Software except as permitted by law; use the Software for anything unlawful, harmful or fraudulent; upload malware or attempt to disrupt or probe our systems; scrape or harvest other users' data; or misrepresent your identity.
For AI-powered features, you must not use generated output to deceive, defraud or infringe the rights of others, and you are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of content and data you upload to the Software. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it solely to operate the Software for you.
You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for complying with data protection law for personal data you process through the Software.
6. Subscriptions, payments and renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance at the prices shown when you order. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
7. Updates and availability
We may update the Software to improve features, security and performance, and some updates may be applied automatically. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; planned maintenance will be notified where practical.
8. Intellectual property
The Software, including all code, design, branding and documentation, is and remains the property of Subsequent Technologies Ltd. These terms grant you a licence — they do not transfer ownership.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the Software in a way that risks harm to us or other users. You may stop using the Software and cancel your subscription at any time.
On termination, your licence ends. Where feasible, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data before deletion.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified through the Software or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
