How we collect, use and protect your personal data. Last updated: October 2026.
1. Who we are
Subsequent Technologies Ltd ("Subsetech", "we", "us") is the parent company behind a portfolio of software, AI and media platforms. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you use our website, contact us, or become a client.
2. What we collect
Contact details you give us — for example your name, email address, phone number and company when you fill in a form or email us.
Project information — briefs, files, content and business details you share so we can deliver your project.
Usage data — basic technical information about how you use our website, such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, collected through standard server logs and analytics.
Payment information — when you pay an invoice online, your card details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
3. How we use your data
To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
To deliver projects, training and support you have purchased.
To issue invoices, process payments and keep accounting records.
To improve our website and services.
To send you updates about your project and, where you have agreed, occasional news about our services. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
4. Legal bases
We process personal data where it is necessary to perform a contract with you, where you have given consent, where we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business, and where we must comply with legal obligations.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example payment processors, hosting providers and email services — under contracts that require them to protect your data.
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months, and client, project and financial records for as long as required by tax and accounting law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@subsetech.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authority of a breach where the law requires it.
9. International transfers
We operate across the UK, Ghana and other markets. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with applicable data protection law.
10. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to function and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always on this page. Questions or requests: hello@subsetech.com.
